Default front level and rear block install? $?

I know a lot of you guys are installing leveling kits and rear blocks yourselves.... BUT.... if you are having someone else do it, around how much is that running you? just so I can get an idea before I start calling around.

nobody even has a guesstimate on how much I will be looking at? Just looking for a ballpark amount. don't want to get ripped off on the install.

I think the reason you have had no response is the lack of detail. Are you going a shock like Bilstein 5100's? Boss? a regular 2" puck? are you providing the product or buying from the installer? 4x4 or 4x2?

If 4x4/4x2 with Bilstein 5100's with all four shocks.

Bilstein front and rear shocks -- $350
Rear block -- $150
Alignment -- $60
Install front shocks -- $150
Install rear shocks -- $50
Install rear block -- $100

Total -- $860

Spacer and rear block
2.5" Spacer and rear block -- $350
Install spacers -- $125
Install rear block -- $100
Alignment -- $60

Total $635

*Product pricing is from Stage 3 Motorsports Install and alignment/install is from my mind and talking to people I know.

I do all my work on my truck, my brother in law has had goodluck with 4 Wheel Specialties in Van Nuys if your still in LA

Thanks for the reply. I have a 2.5" puck to get installed in the front and 3" block in the back. I already have the parts. its a 4x2. Thanks for all the input. I am still in LA, and will give them a call. I called one shop this morning and was told 300 for the install and 120 for the alignment. so I will keep looking around.

You're going to need new shocks for rear. Stockers are gonna be to short for a 3" rear block?

According to AutoSpring you do not need longer shocks.

I have 2.5" in front and 3" blocks in back and did not have to get longer shocks. As long as you are replacing the back block and not stacking (which you should never do) you should be fine.

Although, I am basing this off of replacing the stock 4x4 1.25" block with a 3" block. The stock 4x2 block may be shorter thus a larger increase in needed shock travel with a 3" block.

Anyone know the stock hieght on a 4x2 block?

For an alignment don'tget robbed on a 4 wheel alignment. The wide understanding is that its just not possible on the rear.

4 Wheel Parts seems to be another place with good prices. Had the lowest price for stock soze KO2s when i needed new tires
I got my alignment done at Discount Tire for 60
