Default Front end problems

New Ford F-150 3.5L owner I bought my truck back in 2012 and every thing was great no problems till I put my 2.5" front 1" rear and shock rough country levelling kit in ( no problems with the kit) had a horrible werrling noise brought it to the fountain tire that did the install on the front level they couldn't figure it out made three or four trips 250 odd dollars so I bring it to ford hub is gone on passenger side so they replace the centre noise comes back bring it in hub on drivers side they swap that centre only noise comes back hub on passenger side again so they change the whole hub all under warranty all good for about a week then I hear knocking on my steering column when I go over sharp bumps the tell me struts so I order rancho quick lifts get them to throw them ( there was a leak in the strut 60389km ) in noise is still there go back yet again go do a ride with the mech he says that's not how the noise was explained to him so I come back drop the truck off for a week they say the steering column is hooped 65000km now no warranty guy at Ford is great does some post warranty thing gets 85% covered get my truck back the other day hear the noise so I thought nah it's in my head today driving to work I hear it again defiantly not in my head call the guy at ford he says they noticed some play in my power steering rack bring it in for a drive with the mech again well get it all sorted.

Now is it me or should I have stuck with the almost paid off ram1500 that I got rid of bc of front end issues. Any body have any thoughts, lemon?? Or bad luck I'm now about 1000 into this 65580km truck front end.

Thanks to all who reply, please don't rag on the ram lol

My 2009,XLT front ball joints shot at 40,000 km replaced under warrenty.
Now 99,000 Km and they are loose again. So the mechanics say.
Apart from that truck was ok, except for some other minor things.
Not too impressed with the front end re that.

I purchased the same lift and have had the same results, a crazy noise coming from the front end. After the Ford guys changed everything and it still did it the only thing that seemed to work was taking the lift out. However this makes no sense to me. every truck i have ever owned has been lifted, and a 2.5 lift is a joke, and these are the problems you get. There is nothing tough about built ford tough thats for sure!!! Crappy part is i was so close to buying a fully loaded Tundra for 12K less then my Lariat! that said this is not the only problem i have seen with this truck. My rear door locks don't work in the cold, my washer fluid intermittently stops working for no apparent reason, and my lane departure alarm goes off sometimes as Im pulling out of the driveway? I have also come to find out that this is not an isolated issue as I have 2 other people i know that have the same issues. For 81K you would expect a little better quality!! THIS IS MY LAST FORD!

I had the same hub issues when I had my Rough Country level kit installed at a Firestone Dealer. I took it to Ford and they told me it was the hub. It was explained to me that R&R in the hubs if these new trucks can be tricky and if not done correctly they will grind and be toast. The dealer called the service manager at Firestone and explained the proper procedure to him. Firestone replaced both hubs no charge and 18 months later no issues at all. Sorry for your bum luck
