Default Front end floating

All stock. I’ve replaced sway bar links and bushings. I changed the struts and rear shocks, and u joints. Everything else in the front feels good, ball joints don’t move and the tie rod end is still stiff.
I had it aligned and the shop didn’t say they saw any issues. But when I jack it up and grab the tire at 3 and 9 it moves like the inner tie rods are bad. (I checked manually by hand and there is no play)
Can the steering rack go bad with an in and out movement? It tracks straight but has a floating feeling in the front end that does wander slightly.

I have a similar complaint. Just bought this 2013 F150 with 187K on it. The truck wandered (pulled) left or right. lit is like the truck is trying to follow the ruts in the road (uneven pavement).
I took it to my local shop for an alignment. They said the lower ball joints were worn out, so I had them replaced and got the alignment. There was an improvement in how it felt, but it still wandered.
I am now thinking it is the tires (NITTO A/T Terra Grappler G2) I had this same feeling when I put really wide tires on a 2006 Charger. It seemed to pitch and throw when it encountered uneven pavement. Like i could feel when I crossed over a thick line on the road.
I am making plans to replace the rear shocks, then the front struts, as it has 191k on what appears to be the original everything.

If anyone has found a smoking gun for this problem, I would be happy to hear about it.
