Default front diff fluid time

Well I did the rear and I figured its time to do the front.

I believe its 75w90, it just has the fill plug and drain plug right?

Any other advice?

Always remove the fill plug first. Nothing worse than draining the oil and then finding out the fill plug is stuck.

I probably need to do this since my neighborhood was a river for about a week and I sunk the whole truck halfway up the grille.

Just had it done on the 60K service. Dealer said it was required per Ford.

If you read the owner's manual, it states that the diffs are "sealed for life" and only have to be serviced if submerged in water. I ignored that advice and serviced my rear diff at 60,000 miles. The fluid was a dark grey/black and definitely not in pristine condition.

Mine says change at 105,000 miles.

I was changing my oil today and noticed that the front differential doesn't appear to have drain plug. The differential cover looks like a pain to pull of and seal correctly too... Why would Ford do this!? My Toyotas had front and rear diff drain plugs which made changing it a piece of cake. I didn't look at my rear differential; is it the same way?
