Doesn't offer a real solution, but you can take the back off of the console shift column like mine and attach it to the back of flow through console. At least then you won't have nonfunctional vents just hanging there.

What year is your truck?

That blows, the only thing I don't like about my XLT is that I don't have rear ac. Makes a little more work ensuring I have the back cool as I have 2 little girls to keep cool in the hot Florida summer.

I need to replace the lid latch. I may just use magnets though.
Thanks. I just wanted to see how it looked and how big it is.

You don't have vents under your front seats?

My truck is a 2013. The box under the dash is a different part number then the fx4 trucks, and that difference is the opening to allow hvac to go through the console. I'd check maybe yours will have the outlet behind the usb/line in/12v outlets there

I do, I have a 13 screw, just doesn't seem great. Didn't really know what I was missing out in as far as air movement back there until we got my wife's Edge. It's not bad, just wish it was better kind of thing.

The silver side pieces and all the other stuff I found at my local auto wreckers. It was $10 for the side silver pieces and I got the console with everything for $75. The spot where the shifter was I had Brett (KustomFX) make me a custom panel for that opening. If you contact him he has made up a few panels aswell for anyone on here that wants them

Thanks Commeeche, yes, I still have about a dozen on stock at this time for anyone wanting to fill the hole.
It will simply lay on top & drill & bolt the new panel in place.
It houses 4 OTRATTW/Carling type switches (which I also sell). Or you can also put "blanks" in there for future switch additions.
Anyone can Contact me directly at: lethalweapon09@yahoo.com if interested.
Here are a few pics:
They are aluminum, black anodized and I can laser etch any logo of your choice on it.
