Default Front Camera

I have a 2009 F150 and I was wondering if anyone knows if the Ford emblem with camera for the tailgate will also work in the grill of my truck?

As far as I know they are both the same , I know they are the same size ..... I put my front cam between the front bumper and plastic pc where there is a gap already right above the lice plate ... Fit perfect ...dont use it much if ever but its there if I need it ... Got a deal on a pair of cameras so I figured what the heck why not .... separate toggle switch for each front and back cam ....

i'd be interested to know how you set that up and when is the front camera active vs rear camera. what did you use as a toggle switch?

the rear camera is active when in reverse, how did you get the from camera to be active when not in reverse? i'm thinking about hooking up a front camera to the video in but I hear that isn't active unless in park (which doesn't help when pulling into a spot)

Check these guys out if you are looking for a complete kit to install a front camera. I have one of the kits on my F150 and installed another one on my wife's Edge. If you use the Lockpick in addition it will allow you to have the camera automatically come on when you drop below 7mph among other features.
