Default Installing the 2013 HID OEM headlights question?

Do you need to do adjustments vertical and horizontal after the installation or they come set up already.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm about to change on my 2012 F150 platinum for the 2013 HIDs so I'm trying to collect all information is possible before doing it.

Thanks,

George

You will need a HID wiring harness to install the lights.

Hopefully I'm getting the harness on Monday and I will install the right away. How the vertical adjustment has to be done?

Thanks for all the help!

Best way to do it is park on level ground bot 20 ft behind a parked Car, and make sure your light doesn't hit their side view mirrors... And that the cutoff is even! Very simple to do!
