Need help with some ideas on how to straighten this bumper back out. I took the valance off and jacked the bumper up all the way as you can see but it went right back to how it was.

I'd try to bend it past it's "straight" point so when it settles it's aligned. Essentially you're trying to untwist it.

^^^^^ +1

it has a “memory”. You’ll have to over bend it and have it relax to where you want it. You might have to remove it or loosen it and move it forward to get it done.

The 2 metal brackets inside the bumper need to be replaced for starters. These are the pieces that have the two bolts attached to it that mount to the frame. Just replaced mine last week. They are $58 a piece from the dealership. Might still require a little bending to the bumper itself but that is what will correct the bulk of the issue.

I have a 2018 XLT. Are u referring to pn JL3Z17B984A? My bumber is bent back and I don't want to replace the whole bumper if I don't have to.

The angle of the Tow Hook suggests a bent frame.

Traded it in. 😂. I was gonna replace the whole bumper with a primed one from ebay. My body shop guy said the whole bumper was bent. I have no idea how because I never hit anything. Someone must have hit me in the parking lot. Bottom line is I traded it in last week like that.

good luck.

Nice!

Yeah I have someone a nice love tap the other day and it looks just like yours. I’m thinking it’s the bumper as well
