Default Fine lookin' truck!

DeereJeff,

That is a fine lookin' truck. I followed the same basic design on my 2010 Platinum, but no mods (except for the BackFlip tonneau). The thing I don't like is the Pimp Panel on the tailgate. It doesn't look good, especially in the deep woods.

IMHO

Maybe it's OK at the Classic Diner. It looks more "at home" there.

From one of the photos, it looks like you might have the tailgate step option. If so, you might want to check a long (7 page) thread that documents a tailgate hinge failure that could possibly be connected to the step tailgate design.

I wasn't too thrilled with the Platinum egg-crate grille, so I did the free conversion to the "one bar billet" style.

Great lookin' truck, but I hope you don't have both those headlights and fog lights going at the same time in traffic! That would not be legal nor on coming driver friendly.................still, GORGEOUS truck and nice cleaning and polishing job!!!!

Actually, I rarely use the fogs, but if I do it turns night into day! I am mindful of the fact that by sitting up an additional 6" and leveled out it get's the lights up pretty high.
