I noticed the same thing on my 2010 f150 supercab. When I"m driving on highway alone and look over at passenger side seat. You can definitly see the backrest shaking at least an inch. have 18" rims and michilin tires from factory. Truck has less than 1000 miles on it right now.
I noticed this on my truck too with the passenger side seat shaking. It's a 2009 F-150 SC 4x4 and I just put new Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor tires on it, still does it.

there is a shim kit that has to be put in the rear end. we are in the process of working on one in the shop now. you will be covered under warranty so i'd just take it in to the dealership and have them order it

I recently put a HBS 2" level kit on bought me a set of bf goodrich ko 275/70/18 on stock rims. I noticed this same vibration i had tires balanced at 3 deferent places same problem. It would come and go but very noticeable. Went and had the road force balance done this week. Tires in spec the most being 10# of force I think tech said 40# was the limit. With this last run for tires I'm ruling them out. After researching I'm wondering if the 2" level could change the drive line angel enough cause vibration. I have not seen a solution to these other ppl problems so if y'all have found one please post.

After rethinking I figured out level should not change angel at all. So I am flat out of ideals other than buy some new wheels that can dynamic balanced. Maybe new rotors and pads or at least have them turned.

I have the same problem with my 2010 f-150 lariat 4X4, came from the dealer shaking so bad I stopped at the next dealership down the road to have it checked. Been fighting it for a year now and no help from ford!

Well I have not fixed it. I replaced new rotors, put new shocks. I did the road force balance and it still does it. I'm saving up for new rims that can be balanced on both sides of rim.

Keepin' the lights on!
Use a shop that has a Road Force balancer. It can detect defects in the tire that the eye can't see. Plus it can hide weights behind spokes for custom wheels and a whole bunch of other cool stuff.
