You know I'm feeling just straight stupid right now. You're absolutely correct on that spacer. It's literally the 4" spacer on top of the spacer that's used in the BDS leveling kit. Can't believe I'm just noticing that now. Hence why I never got it back when they "finished" the job. I'm so angry right now. Here's a picture from when I bought them without that leveling kit spacer on top..

Well these are the ones that are made for stock trucks with a 0-2 adjustable lift.
Removing that spacer will now make my front end dip tremendously, not sure how far they can crank the coilsovers back out before travel and rebound are an issue. Along with not even being sure if those coils are completely ****** now..

Ah, now I see it. Hopefully they take the original pucks out for you and call it done. Still can't believe they would do that. Any shop that has done this a few times should have at least asked you before proceeding.

Thing that sucks is there's no place near me being a Saturday that can compress those shocks and adjust the screw on em. Looks like I'll be calling into work on Monday 😐🔫

I have the BDS 4" suspension lift on my truck. I also bought the Fox Coilovers that come with the 6" kit and had them installed. All you have to do is back them down .0.75 and you're good to go!
Your current set up looks messed up! I'd be freaking out and doing everything I could to get them off.
