Who's to say you can't get away with 4.75 or even 4.5 for that matter...?
All they're trying to cover with their 'minimum' backspacing is tire rubbing the lower-rear fender well area.. If you clear it with your tire(s) and less than 5" backspacing, then you're good to do.
All Camburg is trying to do is give you a good recommendation of what should work best.

I am pretty sure they are trying to cover tire (or wheel) rubbing on the UCA, not the lower rear fender. Does the UCA move the wheel back, or out? If you speak with Jerry find out if the UCA moves the wheel back, or moves the wheel out. I think it was Scott I spoke to about the backspacing, and you misunderstood by comment, you have it backwards. He said 4.75 or 4.5 was fine, but then said I might be able to get away with 5.
The fact is, unless your truck is sitting in their shop and they have your suspension in view, or your truck is bone stock and they are doing all the work, or they have built a truck just like it, they can't say with certainty that this or that will work.

Shinjeeg, your rims are likely going to be 5.75 backspacing, but could be anywhere from 5.75 - 6.18. That's the range Ford uses on the various models I am aware of. That's your issue. You need ... well I'll say 4.75 backspacing, but clearly we have a debate going on about that.

Well, I finally got this combo installed yesterday. Buddy of mine owns a shop. I went with the Fox 2.5 non resi up front. They are set to 2.25" of so. Then I installed Icon UCA's with a procomp long aal for the rear with the fox 2.0 shocks. Overall lift was about 2.25 up front with 1.75 additional in the rear. I left the stock 1.25 block. Overall the truck has about 3/4" of rake which should be great for hauling/towing etc. The overall ride is fantastic. The steering feels so much flatter and much less body roll in turns. I was surprised at the difference. The rear is not any stiffer with the long leaf from pro-comp. Maybe a tad, but it quickly become apparent over bumps and speedbumps how much less jiggly the truck is. I have lariat 2010 4x4 screw with 5.4 and the stock rear shocks were definately shot. Truck has 36k miles on it. Driving over large speed bumps and potholes results in one solid compression and then nothing. No residual shaking and jostling that I was used to. The setup was not cheap. The front 2.5 fox were $985, the UCA were $710, the rear shocks were $225 or so and the leafs were about $110. So $2000 spent on the components. I will say that I love driving my truck again. Its sits more agressively, drives awesome and should be a beast on our 10,000 acre hunting leases. The alignment guy at the shop loved the amount of adjustmen he had with the Icon's. Everything aligned to factory specs. I should also note I previously installed Cepek Torque wheel 8.5x18 black +20 offset with Cooper AT3's in 275 70. There is tons of room from the tire to the UCA and no indication of rubbing.
I can say these upgrades are addicting I was already looking into fox bump stops for the rear. If you are on the fence with the AAL I would say do it over taller blocks. Nationals or Deaver would be great for a true pre-runner, but for hauling atv's, towing etc and on road manners, this combo is a winner. I'll try to upload pics in a bit. Next up is Rigid flush mounts in the rear bumper, LED bed lights and 30" rigid in the grill. I ordered a custom Backlit switch panel to mount in the center shift console storage area and backlit switches from OTRATTW. So far its been great to incorporate all the best ideas from here. Truck is coming out awesome.

So I was planning on doing this set up to my 12 fx4 screw, I really had my heart set in 20" KMC xd misfits with 0 offset and 5" of back spacing with 305/55r 20 dick cepek fc2 tires, is there any hope of mounting the 20's with wheel spacers or anything? I don't tow heavy loads, I know nothing about wheel offset and back spacing
