Should look like this....
Attachment 471486
New one on the right...taller side pins to make up for a slightly smaller housing compared to the stock lights.

They should have round tabs that stick on each side about a 1/4 inch beyond the housing at 9 and 3 o'clock so they can snap into the factory fog light mount.
It should also have an offset flat tab with a hole on the back of it for the adjustment spring.

I was late to the party and missed buying these so I went in a bit of a different direction.
I did a bunch of research and decided on these in the stock housing;
Lumileds 9005 Philips LED Headlight Conversion Kit 4000lm 6500K Stable Drive. Also bought the matching H13 Headlight kit from a vendor on Ebay.
As my driving lights were very oxidized from many miles I followed one of the many YouTube videos on restoring them by progressively wet sanding the "almost" new back into them. There were a few deep impacts that I deemed not necessary to remove. The final step were to polish with cream polishing compound on a 3" orbital sander then a coat of Aerospace 303 protectant. I didn't think the drivers side would come out looking like new cause I couldn't see the bulb before I started.
Both sets of lights use a large aluminum heat sinks on the back instead of fans or large arrays of copper webbing to cool the LEDs.
The LEDs can be aligned by rotating the LEDs to the base so they illuminate inside the stock reflectors similar to halogen bulbs. Just much brighter.
Just my $.02 worth.
