Found some plug and play LED foglights similar to morimoto XB on amazon for cheap

I installed these on my 2014 F150 on Tuesday night. Took about 15-20 minutes. Hardest part was getting both hands back there with the stubby screwdriver. I couldn't get enough leverage/bite with a socket and bit, so I just used a stubby. They're much brighter than the Cree LED's I used to replace the stock fog bulbs and they are slightly bluer than my stock HIDs but I'm okay with that.
Oh, and I had originally ordered the Morimotos on Amazon, but saw this thread afterwards. I was able to cancel my order before it shipped and ordered these instead. They also came a day earlier that the Morimotos were schedule to. Thanks for saving me $100.

Well, purchased these on New Years Day 2017 and have been very happy. A bit cool/blue for my taste but just silly bright. Don't use them much because they wash out the headlights but they are GREAT for wet black top and make the road markings really pop out at you.
Anyways, noticed the other day that my driver side lamp was out. Jiggled the wires a bit and it came back on but doesn't stay that way when driving. Guess I'll have to find some time to pop it out and try recrimping the terminal. Not a big deal, and even with the old saying "you get what you pay for" these seem to come out ahead. That is assuming, of course, its simply a wiring terminal problem.

I installed mine yesterday and nearly gave up as it was somewhat difficult to get the factory lights out. I used a mini ratchet with philips head screwdriver and it was so easy getting the screw out and back in. I just need to adjust them a bit more upwards but they are very nice. A huge difference in color ot the oem hids.

I agree, huge difference in color and I don't really like that but they're still a lot better than factory so they stay. Great output, great cutoff. Still look cool, and make for good DRLs.

Two-fold.
1) I like being able to swap in yellow lenses for winter time. Yellow makes the lines on the roadways pop better than white when there's snow blowing around.
2) I feel like my 9005s in the regular housings were brighter and threw more side-light than these.
