Does any body in the n.y.c. Are have forscan to program my remote start, dealers have a long waiting list.

"Forscan" and you can do it your self with a windows laptop/tablet and a $30 usb/obd2 cable.

Yes.
I have a 2011 and have used FORScan many times.
Old lap top running Windows XP and a USB/OBDII adaptor.

Works on all Ford obd2 systems to some extent 1996 - to date.

You can get a cheap Windows laptop or tablet under $100 that'll work. I prefer my tablet as it's a lot easier to move around with especially inside the vehicle. Just needs to have a usb port and or bluetooth.
