Forscan applications

So, I installed the OEM trailer brake controller and enabled it in Forescan, but can't get it to work.
I now have the option in the dash to choose electric or EOH brakes and I get the TBC fault warning if I unplug the TBC.
Nothing happens when I push the + or - buttons or use the manual gain, and the unit doesn't light up with the rest of the dash buttons.
I did check the fuses in both locations and both are good.
Any ideas what to try next?

I answered my own question: I did some research and realized that the online dealer shipped me the wrong controller.
I was sent the AL3Z-19H332-AA which only fits 2010 MY. My 2013 takes the BL3Z-19H332-AA controller.
Correct one is on order and hopefully will work.

New version/New options v2.3.21
Just installed the latest version and noticed a few changes that are pretty significant, as those familiar already know, when programming there is an easy change menu where it's point and click and the other where you input individual lines of code into the appropriate box/line.
Well I just went out to make some changes and now a lot of those code write only options are now included in the point-n-click section, very cool indeed. It'll make the program a lot more intuitive/user friendly.
They also now offer paid extended license versions (longer than 2 months) lifetime being $50, free extended license still available per bimonthly.

New Instrument Cluster - questions before I start
First - Thank you both, Rnlcomp and jdunk54nl for all of your efforts.
I have installed and licensed FORScan, used the BT MX Scanner, and saved all of the current As Built data. I have also used FORScan to change my fogs to DRLs, and to enable remote start on my 2013 STX. I'm adding keyless entry soon as well.
Before I swap out the instrument cluster, I'd just like clarification on which of the modules would need to be restored from the saved data to 'match' the new cluster to my truck. I have read through all 400+ pages, but I don't recall if this subject has been discussed - I could be wrong. It seems reasonable that at least the IPC As Built would need to be restored. Any others?
I have have also heard that the current version of FORScan can correct (upward only) the odometer. I have googled for that, but I haven't yet found a direct reference to that capability. I'm still trolling through the FORScan forums looking for that info, but if anyone has seen that info, I'd appreciate a pointer.
Thank you
ETA: I think odometer rollup is only supported on 2015+ F-150s from what I've found on the FORScan forums...
ETA #2: I swear I searched for the info a number of ways, but another search this AM found this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f38/2014-i...orscan-388911/ which basically claims swapping clusters only requires the IPC data be uploaded from the As Built from the current cluster.
ETA #3: Even though I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night, that upgrade was simple. The Instrument cluster must have been sourced from a similarly specced XLT, because it bolted right in without any errors or warnings.
