Hey guys, has anyone had issues with the Forscan program connecting? I just got the cable in and when i go to connect to my truck it says "No ELM found, please check connection and try again" I started all over a couple times and it gives me the same message every time. I has the switch upwards for HS-Can as well.
Check connection after doing so.
If still no connection
Go into the settings of forscan
Make sure the right port and type is selected.
Try to connect again.
Report back if those don't work.

I got it working finally, not sure why it didn't work prior, because I didn't do anything differently. Now with changing stuff do I just double click on the module I want to access?

Also how do you apply for the extended license? I thought i did apply but when i got into things it says i need one. Sorry for all the simple questions. I'm new to this kind of stuff, I'm used to old school ways where there are no computers.

I am assuming you have my spreadsheet so go to the instructions tab and click on the HUGE how to link. It explains all of this.
