If you down load the as built data,is there a possibility what is in the PCM is different because a dealer has updated it?

New to this stuff.

I used Forscan on my '13 Focus ST to enable global windows

Oh! you are talking about Daytime Running Lights (DRL) sorry I misunderstood, thought you meant the auto headlight, that turns on the lights when it gets dark!

Getting my ODBII dongle tomorrow, I will let you know how easy or hard it is for a first timer.

The calibration level remains the same. They update the as built data before hand.

I don't have access to my truck right now. But can you activate remote start with it?

You cannot activate something that is not installed, actual hardware for it. I think in the other post someone also asked this.

2011-2014 you need to add the module, then yes you can activate it with this program. This is the one I use. https://accessories.ford.com/electro...-play-kit.html

They have other types but that one is the easiest to install and the fob is part of the key so nothing extra on the key ring.
