Forscan applications

We really need a new thread for this with a decent summary of what is possible as of today. 65 pages deep into this thread there are posts saying its impossible to disable TPMS and there is no way to use Forscan to get your fogs and brights at the same time. Both of which are false. You pretty much have to read this thread starting from the last page and working backwards to get accurate info, which is a major PITA.
I agree, there needs to be some sort of list on what is possible and directions on how to complete the task. Please can someone complete that task that has a good handle on what needs to be done?

You could call it Readers Digest of Forscan or, Cliffs Notes of Forscan.

I recommended that on the last couple of pages. I might add my FORScan info into my signature so anyone who wants to do turnsignals for DRL's and the Bambi mod can just look at my signature. I'd like to do Nav disable but I won't be able to in time for our road trip.
Maybe you guys can do the same, add your FORScan mods to your signature.

Is it possible to reset the battery management system with forscan? I'm trying to make changes with forscan but can't because I keep getting a low battery message. Just put in a new battery and let it sit overnight with the doors closed but the voltage didn't change in forscan. New battery is at 12.55 volts so I know it's not bad. Do the doors need to be locked for the system to reset?
Make sure all your accessories are off also, unbelievable how much the factory radio takes.
Now that I got the DRL off on the truck need to play with the Mustang and see if I can get the factory Back up camera to work without lock pick and turn off the accent lights.

I put mine on the trickle charger when I used it on mine, It would go almost all the way through and then do the low battery message. Trickle charger no problem.
Make sure all your accessories are off also, unbelievable how much the factory radio takes.

Even the Ford shop manual insists to put a charger on the vehicle when doing any programming, I also use a trickle charger and never an issue.

The brand seems to get good reviews and I can understand why, they work better than expected on my truck. Very bright.
