The best way to search this forum is with google, not the search bar at the top of the page...

Go to google and type "site:f150forum.com < searchterm >" replace searchterm with what you are looking for

Use the advanced search. Read when you you can, the answer is in here. I know because I skipped over it when reading the whole thread.

I have about 9,000 songs downloaded to my phone. When I plug it in and use USB as the source about a minute later, SYNC chimes in that because of the number of tracks audio commands are disabled. I’m fine with that because I don’t use audio commands for my music. Is there anyway with FORSCAN to turn the check off?

I am sure it is in the IPC somewhere.

Try the 2015+ and report back if it works. Otherwise play around

720-02-01 xx*x xxxx xxxx Key In Ignition Warning Chime (to disable, subtract 8 from your current value there) If it is an A make it a 2, if it's an E make it a 6, etc.

Already went to 2015+ and watt you are showing is exactly it, but my IPC backup doesn't have the 720-02-01, if you don't mind, take a look at the my IPC backup picture.
Thank you

Yup, don't have that line. So that means it is, probably, one of the other characters. No clue which one but if you want to help start testing you can write everything to 0's and F's and see what is removed/added when you change the characters back

It takes a long time to test each character so it is a slow process that I only get a couple hours every couple of weeks to spend testing.

Livinitup has some other program that he is using to map out the trucks modules.

So I am considering doing a cluster swap in the truck I have an STX with the digital info screen and would like the LCD screen I have Forscan and an adapter to that I used to activate the TBC. but this would be much more involved as I have never seen a 3.7 with the LCD screen I know the mileage is stored in the cluster and would have to go out to be corrected my question is could any LCD cluster be installed and " rewritten" to work or is that not a possibility with Forscan could the codes in the AS Built Section simply be transferred over to the new cluster? and is the cluster where the transponder key code is stored.

Did it,it worked. Codes where different though and it did not throw any DTC's. Currious to me, anyway going to get mileage corrected on the new cluster.

At the very top of the thread next to thread tools is an option to "search this thread". You may need to be a paying member to see it, not sure.

Used the aforementioned search bar and now have a way better understanding of the binary address system and what is capable with forscan. Wish I had sourced a cluster with mileage closer to mine.
