Some identical trucks, built at the same plant on the same day, can have different harnesses, it all depends on what vendor manufactured the harness used in that truck.
As long as they meet Ford's specs, some vendors will put in the extra connectors, other will not, it will depend on their manufacturing process and their cost analysis based on that process.
So it's hard to tell if your truck has the connector or not, without actually looking.

Not parking lights but you can have the turn signals as DRL with FORScan.

I'm pretty sure none is an option also.
Head lights
Turns/markers
Fogs
None

I put mine from headlights to turns/markers and I'm pretty sure if I leave my switch off, my turns/markers are the only lights that come on. Once I chose either markers or headlights my tails come on.

Maybe it's different in the states but all my cars in the past with DRL's (4 different ones ranging from a 91 dynasty, 91 golf, 08 ranger and this fifty) ran the same way. Some sort of DRL by itself just turned on the DRL until I manually flicked a switch.

Mojo parking lights and turn signals are the same. When you choose to make the turns your DRL's with FORScan you're reversing the power/polarity to it. This was mentioned earlier in this thread. They are brighter, when you use the signal they go dim.

I think, in general, lariat and up are power fold and memory. So yes they should have the wiring and modules already.

The parking light signal is different than the turn signal at the bulbs. Turn signal bulbs have 3 wires going to them ground/turn/parking. when DRL is enable in the turn signal it uses the turn signal path. I believe the parking light is not an option because all of the parking light bulbs are on a common node and it would turn front and rear parking lights on.

I've done the change on my 2012 XLT. Used the factory switch, no exposed wires and all lights work properly, as well as the folding working correctly. I'm very impressed with the hardware from 1AA.

Oh, I didn't know the whole scientific or technical part of it.

Two questions:

Can you enable high beams with fogs AND turn signal dtrls? Appear to be the same line in my xlt settings in forscan. I'm wondering if putting in the code for HB and fogs will delete my dtrl.

Does the hour meter work on xlts? I just input the code, but can't find it in my display. I have the 4.2 inch screen in my xlt.

DTRL automatically turn off when lights are on so no, and no on the hour meter.

sorry. Should have been more clear with the DTRL. So the code to turn on the high beams and fogs is the same line in forscan to turn on the dtrl feature. If I change the code to have the ability to have the fogs on with the high beams at night when the lights are on, will it erase the dtrl feature during the day when my lights aren't turned on? In other words, I want my dtrl on during the day (when my head lights are off) AND I want the feature that keeps my fogs on when I click on the high beams at night (obviously my dtrl would be turned off at night when the lights are on).

Thanks for for trying to clarify it for me. Sucks about the hour meter, but forscan is awesome.
