there is a thread on here somewhere talking about adding the keypad to a base model truck that never had power locks to start with, and if I remember correctly, the truck still had the sticker with a master code by the fuse panel in the passenger foot well.

This is what I figured would be the case. Ford wouldn't manufacture different BCMs for trim levels.

If I change the tire size on the app and write that new tire size into the trucks "computer" does that recalibrate the speedometer for the new tire size?

As far as I remember from the other threadall 2009 to 2014 trucks have the code preprogrammed and on a label on the passenger fuse box. It just needs to be activated in the trucks programming. I bought the new door handle with number keys on it, found my code on the fuse box cover and had it programmed by the dealer. Since it interfaces with the computer I doubt the keypad hold a code, it would be more like a remote dumb computer terminal. That's been my experience, had it in and working almost 2 years now.

Hey guys, i used the "Search this Thread" feature and typed "boost gauge" and "boost" but didn't come up with anything. Does anyone know if this tool can add a boost gauge to the instrument cluster for a 2013 Lariat model? I was hoping i could fill in the "blank" spot under the gauges section where trans temp and power distribution gauges are located.

Thanks for your time!

There is no boost gauge for 11-14. This feature was added to the 15+.
