Ford Warranty, yes or no?

That makes more sense!
When I bought my last F150, it was in 2006, and the truck was an '04 with 8,800 miles and a 6 yr;36k warranty purchased by the previous owner. With it I had the front brakes (calipers, pads, rotors), two power window regulators, an airbag issue, and something else I forget now all done between the 4 and 5 year mark. When I traded the truck this year it had 44k miles on it.
So low mile, longer term warranties definitely have their place and can pay off.

I bought the 7 year 48,000 mile ESP. Should have selected the 36,000 mile and saved some money. My truck will be one year old next week and only has 2,200 miles on it. I don't plan on buying an extended warranty on any future vehicles.
