Since dealer won't fix it for me does anybody know what exactly wrong with this diff/drive shaft? And how to fix it?
How can they deny a warranty when their dealers are doing the same exact thing to trucks? Find a new dealer.

Dropped mine off this morning. Informed service advisor I had retained counsel to pursue lemon law. a few hours later I received a call from Anne, my district specialist, she closed my case with no resolution yet again, only difference, this time because i retained counsel. I've had enough. 50k dollars and we are on day 41 in the shop, over a full month of the 19 I have owned this truck it has been in the shop. The law firm seems to think I have a great case. Dealer is still trying to resolve the issue, though I have very little faith. They've also swapped wheels and tires to see if that solves the vibration issue. I have to go drive it in the morning. This is the 5th time it's been in the shop for the click, snap pop issue. Any of you other guys want the law firm info I will and it to you. They work free of charge to us, the consumer.m the manufacturer is charged for the services and they evaluate all cases for free as well.

Yea a friend of mine sued ford a few years back for transmission problems. Same as you he went to a lawyer and won his case after three dealer visits for the same problem all were unsuccessful at fixing it. Finally after 5 grand in his pocket they ended up replacing the whole transmission and it was fine, they were sued and lost and still ended up fixing it so I hope you have the same luck.

I've had mine in 2x for this so far. 2013 fx4 ecoboost. I expect it to come back after seeing all these post. One more time and I'll lemon it and get a different brand truck.

Time to return to your dealers so they can check this out, Ckhris and 1fifty. Be sure to circle back and update the thread when you have a diagnosis.
