Does anyone else notice their truck takes a long time to shift into reverse that has this issue?

My 2011 has this problem

When the truck sits over night and you shift into reverse for the first time a loud snap.

Took it up to the dealer and they replaced some valves in the tranny for the torque converter which didnt fix it.

Called the service guy up and told him to look at TSB 13-7-7

Figured out Im easily able to reproduce the snap sound by brake torquing

Waiting for a call back....hope to god I dont have to drive a damn kia soul for another week this time haha (my ford dealer is a ford/kia)

I get disappointed every time I pass a Kia Soul and there isn't a hamster behind the wheel...
Back on topic...having the ring and pinion replaced in mine soon.

They gave me a Kia Soul too.

I was some angry, I just put on the e-brake and stood on the go pedal. Poor thing!

They got it back and it didn't have much soul left in it. Very sad excuse for transportation.

If I get a soul I'll get a hamster suit to go with it and take pics for you guys.

As long as its not snowing and they dare not offer me a Prius...that would be very bad.

I called ford corporate because I've taken my truck in 4 times now for this same issue, along with front end noise (they blamed my 1.25" leveling kit) - but no fix to date.

Booked mine in we will see how this goes as I have little to no faith in service, I quoted the TSB and will take a copy in not that they will read it.
I get the loud snap or pop when going into reverse. It's more clear when I'm in the garage because of the confined space but you cannot miss it.

This link is mine, wanna make sure this is similar to what everyone else is hearing
