Ford part number for TPMS?
 

May be upgrading soon to some Lariat 20 inch wheels and tires. Rather than having to take my wheels off and take them apart to remove the TPMS, I'm thinking it may be easier to buy new sensors for the new wheels. Does anyone have the part number for the TPMS for the wheel?

I did something similar. I upgraded to 20" wheels and tires from a Platinum. Guy I bought the setup from took off the TPMS. Cheapest replacements I've found have been $45 a tire from Discount Tire. Ford wants $85 each. If you find something cheaper, let me know. I haven't put the new wheels on yet. I was waiting till spring.

Which ones are smaller / generally work better with aftermarket wheels or is there a difference ?

oro-tek's sensors all have the same casing and have a 30 degree adjustable valve stem attachment which will work with almost every wheel out there.
Ford factory sensors are a fixed angle and may have issues on some aftermarket wheels.

Is it easy to get the oro tek's osc-0315 programed? Will ford have issues or do they even need to know the difference.

I have a set of both and don't know which ones to put in.

They program the same as the factory sensors.

2012 TPMS sensors on 2005 rims
 

Does anyone know if the tpms sensors used on 2012 f150's will fit on older f150 fx4 rims (2004-2010)? Looking to use the older rims in the winter.

2009+ have the valve stem style TPMS and will fit any rim.

Prior years had the band TPMS and due to a different frequency will not work with 2009+ F-150s.
