I know for sure '12 and up did. I know a guy that has a '10 FX4, and I don't think his have the black trim on the heads and tails. '11, really can't recall, someone on here should be able to answer that.
At any rate, the heads and tails are interchangeable on all the 12th gens.

10-11 all had chrome headlights, but the fx2 had grey tailights.
the 12/13/14 had the black halogen housing and also 13/14 had HID offered.

They aren't tinted, it's just black in the housing. At least, in 2013.

In 09-10 the only trucks to have black trim headlights were the Harley Davidson trucks. In 2011 they gave the FX4 trucks the HD headlights as well. In 2013 they started with the HID housings.
