From billetbadges.com. A little pricey but totally worth it.

The blue piece has little tabs that slip through guide holes in the chrome piece. They are then melted on the backside. You can just break off the tabs from behind and then glue them together when you are done. I left it all together and put vinyl over the blue. Metallic black to match the truck. Good luck.

I painted mine tuxedo black. The letters are silver but the flash from my camera makes them look white.

Sorry that this is off topic, but for you guys that painted your emblems tuxedo black, where did you get the paint and the vinyl outlines, and also how did you prep for paint?

One of the local parts stores here can mix paint and put it spray can, just give them the paint code. Got the outlines from Moody Blue. I also used 2004-05 emblems because they are flat and don't have the raised letters like the 2006-12 emblems. Sand, prime, paint, apply outlines, several coats of 2part clear coat with my spray gun, wet sand and buff.
