Ok. Took my vehicle to Fairway Ford today where I bought my truck. Showed them my third taillight that Morrow Motors said they submitted to Ford which declined to address. Right. My dealer took photos of light and headliner which showed obvious water lines. Replaced in 20 min and washed my truck. Advised them the rest of my bad experience with Morrow Motors. Was advised they are not permitted to give the regional rep contact out. That I needed to call the customer hotline and be specific of my expectation. So, I called for the fifth time stating my neg experience and that I wanted this matter esculated. After two hours on the phone and speaking with the initial call takers supervisor nothing resolved. Essentially its the dealers word against mine.I totally need this Ford rep number. Can't believe how difficult it is to obtain. Could probably contact worthless congressman or senator easier. Any advise or guidance out there?

There are many ways of getting information that those knuckleheads do not realize. And once you get the regional number, you'll probably find out that they've been stonewalling you with a lie. I've run into that before. It usually starts with a lie that some lazy idiot fabricates to avoid getting into trouble and he in turn teaches the other, who may not know any better. Truth is, it's plausible to embarrass the hell of Ford for not requiring that information to be made more available with a complaints department. It's sales 101. Customer service can brake a company. The problem in this case is we're talking about one of the "Big Three" companies.

I should also have added that some of these dealers are owned by the same people and their financial clout becomes a major impediment at times. I had a similar issue with a dealership in Grapevine that was full of crap. They ran a multiple search for financial institutes without my permission. I had already bought a truck from them and then told them I had a pre-approved loan. They ignored everything I said and that is why I had a come-to-Jesus meeting with five of the deceitful employees responsible for having this done. Ironically, I received rejections on the basis of too many inquiries, which Grapevine Ford performed without my consent, nothing verbal or in writing. They knew they were wrong.

Just know that they are a franchise subject to Ford Motors. Ford may not honor anything you submit. I'd start from the top and threaten major embarrassment. It may not help, but it sure feels good to point the finger when someone does an injustice. The minimum would be to call them out on the floor, figuratively, and point out their unscrupulous methods. Use strong terms but do not point to them directly and directly accuse each dealing. Accuse the managers of not caring and being supporters of unethical practices. That ought to open some eyes in the management.

I just finished an interesting conversation with a Ford friend and he says the dealerships are actually told by Ford "NOT" to give out a regional reps contact info...BUT they should forward ANY and ALL complaints by customers who request it to the regional rep, to include the customers contact information and exact complaints so they can get into contact with the customer....we both laughed at this point because we knew there was no way any dealer is going to forward a complaint about them to the regional rep. They keep sending you through the merry go round of calling the customer assistance hotline and then back to the dealer. I'll do some arm twisting tomorrow, I'm sure some of my old Ford buddies will tell me what I want to know.

Try this number: 1-866-631-3788. If you don't have the info they need, you will need to call 1-800-392-3673,

Tried navigating new corporate number without success. Actually called this one before. Any new suggestions? Will be starting new thread on Ford regional rep.
