eye.surgeon,

Great, we now have an eye surgeon who can't read. On top of that, you judge all of Canada by your visit to one province.

Buying another vehicle from any of these dealers is unlikely. Nor will I give them good word of mouth advertising. I've been working on this issue for more than a year. If anyone actually tried to repair my A/C, it should have been fixed in one or two visits. Take Care Green Gem
I'd say get a lawyer involved. And if you need to climb that ladder they can contact Ford corporate. Or Get local media involved...

I'm not sure of this but I think you can take it to a qualified AC shop (not dealer) and they can work on it and charge Ford for the service under warranty as long as they use certified parts. At the very least have a private AC shop diagnose the issue and take it to the dealer to show them the issue. Or, have the private shop fix it and go to Ford and demand reimbursement, use a lawyer if needed.

Make sure your keeping good records of every interaction btw

It gets hot here too....and I can easily one up you actually living in the province... there has been frost in July. Oddly enough it got into the 70's the day of the frost. Is what it is.

djfllmn,

To the 23 year old who knows all about life. That does not surprise me!

You say that you work at a dealer, but you have not said what you do there? Does daddy own it?

Young man, I think that you have a lot of surprises coming in your life. I too once knew everything, but I learned that I was wrong.

Have a great day.

Badass69,

For the benefit of the eye surgeon, how much snow have you got in Alberta today? Were the cowboys/cowgirls wearing skates at the stampede this year?

Take care and have a great day.

Thats kinda like telling the guys in living in the Mojave Desert they dont need windshield wipers. Or Green Gem saying hes been to SoCal and you dont need a heater. Different people, different climates, different tollerances. Regardless of the climate where th OP lives, he paid for a truck with a working AC, complete with a (supposed) warranty to ensure the product as a whole worked as advertised. Him needing it is irrelivant. I bet someone could stand inside your home and politely inform you of all kinds of stuff you have but dont "need"... that does not change the fact that you wanted it, paid for it, and now have it.

These trucks are not cheap (perhaps to you, but to most - no) and many peopl buy them for keeps. They are also the supposed "cream of the crop" in their class. They are Fords bread and butter... they should have a good working A/C if so equipped.

Would you like to elaborate or are you just attacking the OP because you don't have this problem?
