I wish Ford would buy back my 2013 XLT Screw 3.5 Eco 4x2, it's the biggest piece of crap I've ever owned. Many issues none have been resolved by the Ford Dealer Network! 2 issues have in excess of 5 times at the Dealer for resolution, still not resolved and Ford Dealers just want me to go away and are not offering in my opinion professional assistance and care to their customer, me. Very frustrated.

Ask the dealer to set you up an appointment with the "District Ford Rep." and have all your paperwork ready.

Yep did a Ford buy back last year due to dealer keeping my Platinum for 3 months (here in pa its over 30 days at dealer) after a blown engine at 4K. Crystal on this forum started it by starting a file the it went from local to regional rep within 3 days. Paper work started at different Ford Dealer ( they were great) , Then Ford Vehcile reaquirement office contacted me and did the papers and got a new F-150. They offer a buyback or money . Here in Pa. They can't make you refinance either. If you want a higher model Ford you have to pay the Sticker price difference, I went from a 2013 platinum to a 2014 limited , and paid 1600.00 difference. They couldn't find a platinum like mine. I didn't have to pay mileage and Ford replaced the Ford mud flaps, wheel liners, window vents and bug deflector at no charge. It was a painless procedure

We have a CSM assigned to us, and he stated he has requested a review of the wife's truck. Said could take 15 days to get an answer. Also informed us they found a complete motor which will be here end of next week and require 4-5 days for install. That puts the truck in shop for 45 days. Biggest dissapointtment is new motor warranty is a wash since the original power train warranty is equal.

Negotiate a free ESP plan. I don't know how they make it work, but our local dealer is doing the lifetime powertrain warranty on 2015s. They need to compensate you in some meaningful way for the loss of use and the major inconvenience.

Default 2014 Ford F-150 Ecoboost

I purchased a brand new ecoboost 4x4 in September of 2014...... Well July of 2015 (42,732 miles) I took it in for a oil change and asked them to check a noise it was making well I get a call they were replacing my engine due to both turbos went out in it. I told them it never gave me any warning well needless to say 118 days later I finally get my truck back because ford wanted to take the engine apart to find the problem. I got it back right before thanksgiving and just recently (4 months and 12,000 miles) later it blew up again !!! The engine had a half dollar size hole straight through the block and another hole up by the head. I told Ford it's the worse engine I have ever had and I NEVER want another one. I have never had any issues with any other ford I have ever owned except this ecoboost engine and it looks like I have no choice but to contact my lawyer and file some type of suit against them

I almost went this route a couple years ago, but found that the lemon law stuff isn't a really great option either ...

ford volunteered an ESP for another 4 years or double mileage ... but the recent issue with the IWE's and the local dealer = I had to do the work anyway. I like my truck, but not sure I'll get another ford after this truck and the issues with the stealer (literally stealing ... claiming repairs to FMC they aren't doing - I emailed that to FMC to notify them of the fraud, no reply from FMC)
