Universal cv boot, from oriellys auto parts. Worked great with a few minor modifications!

Those turned out great! What did you do to atatch them to the housing? I could not see and bolts or adhesive of any type in your pictures.

3M high temp adhesive tape and a bit of high temp electrical tape. Wife works at 3M so I get all the good stuff from there. They recently had a tour of their plant last weekend and WOW there are some insane machines and processes they use to make all this stuff! The plant here in hutch basically makes all the tapes 3M provides.

Haha thats pretty cool. SSo you have the hook up on all things adhesive. What do you use to secure the projector to the housing? I normally use bolts and a high temp adhesive for it but did not see any bolts on yours.
