Default Flex Fuel Badge Easy Question

2013 XLT SCAB

Question. How is the Flex Fuel badge on the tailgate attached? Can it be removed?

That badge is the last remaining decal/sticker/badge on the truck and I'd like to remove it for that clean look.

Thanks in advance.

hair dryer, get it nice and hot, then pass a piece of dental floss behind it.
pick the remaining glue off with your finger, then use Goo-Gone to get the rest off. wash the area clean.

funny ... I was thinking about removing my FlexFuel badge this weekend, but never got around to it. Honestly, it doesn't bother me at all that it's there, but for some reason I just feel the need to remove it.

Did mine the first weekend I had the truck Just take your time and you won't do any harm to the paint. Some people use a plastic razor blade to remove the remnants after the badge is removed.

As stated, its a pretty easy removal. I took mine off a few months ago and replaced with a 5.0 emblem
