Thanks a lot guys! My first fill up was in Redding, CA. and I went 453.2 miles, 21.5 gallons used, and an computer readout of 21.0 even and hand calculated to be about 21.07, and the rules of rounding tell me that that is just as good as 21.1 I was doing speed limit the whole time, either 65 or 70 and this mileage rocks! My lifetime has creeped up to 16.8 and just pulled over in Eugene a bit ago and through all the mountain passes and all, on the second tank I'm averaging 20.1, very pleased thus far! Thanks for all the suggestions and comments folks. Keep them coming! :-)

My Truck:
2012 FX2,5.0,3.55, Solid Fold Topper. XLT Chrome Grill.
I kept my RPMS under 1800@73MPH, That seems to be the
sweet spot for me. I drove over 80 for short periods when
passing..

Here's a bit of an update. Yesterday, I went from Portland to Seattle, spent the day there doing way too much cool stuff, then came back to Portland. For the trip there, and back, I averaged 21.9 mpg, using 18.1 gallons of gas, traveling 395 miles! And, if you've been up to the NorthWest, you know that there are TONS of hills, constantly going up and down for miles at a time. At one point I saw as high as 24.5mpg, but those hills going back up drained it down a bit. The best thing I saw in Seattle was the King Tut exhibit, IMO. The ride the ducks tour was pretty bad @$$ with Captain Owen Money, as our driver. Lol. It's been real NW! Today, I'm going to try some ethanol free gas and see if it's all it's hyped up to be. Even with the 10% ethanol gas I've been using, I couldn't be ANY more satisfied with my our purchase and experience with this truck. It is simply leaps and bounds over my 98 f150, 4.6 in terms of power and mpg! I'll post more later. Sorry for the long rant, but I feel like a kid in a candy store up here! I want it all!
