Default Mine has the same build date....

...as yours, Troy.

FX4 with appearance package, ecoboost, 3.73 gears, navi, moonroof, etc. etc....

Oxford White.

Feel the same about the Bridgestones...hope I get them because they'll be much easier to sell when I take them off right away and put a set of 275/65-20s on (34" diameter).

Are you planning on lifting or leveling your truck for the 34" tires? I'd really like to get Cooper Discoverer A/T3 tires in LT275/65R20, but am concerned about rubbing. Someone in the ture thread claimed he doesn't have rubbing on a stock FX4.

And I agree - I'm hoping for the Bridgestones because they'll be easier to sell.

Am I the only one that doesn't like the 2013 headlights? Maybe if they had two projectors to fill the void, but it just looks like an afterthought. And that grille...

Glad I got mine in 2012... I do like the projector lights, but the new grill is not nearly as nice as the gloss black six-bar. I also prefer my seats with the red perforations. The 6.2 might have been nice, though. Building it online on Ford's site shows that a comparably equipped 2013 is about $2k more than the 2012. No buyers remorse here!

I agree that the grill is a bit over wrought............the headlights I could live with as they are going to throw a LOT more light than the old ones.......the rest of the truck is just too "dark" for me as there is nothing to grab my eyes -- although I would NEVER order the hockey stick stripe on a SCREW as it makes the truck look even looooooooooooooooooonger......

Its almost certainly Alcantara, Ford had been using more and more of it. Its ultra-durable, and very functional; holds you in your seat better than leather (no slide or squirm). It's the mark of luxary if you're buying a performance European luxary auto; standard models get leather, upgrades get alcantara. Most certainly NOT run-of-the-mill suede.

My guess would be 2013 will be the same hodge-podge mix like 2012
FX4's get ATR's (all-terrain) and FX2's get STR's (street version). Being that most FX's, and most F150's for that matter, are sold in 4x4 models, the huge majority of trucks on the road have ATR's.
