Intercooler is mounted low, I've seen a few compressors mounted up high, so no problem there.

nice setup, so correct me if i am wrong here, but since there is 2 air bags you need 2 switchs to adjust air pressure in each bag seperately or can you run one switch and have the same psi in both bags??

You can run with one switch for both bags just with a "T" fitting that brings air to each side of the truck. The only concern that was brought to my attention was the the air from one side could transfer to the other side while driving and leaning in curves through that same "T" fitting. That's why i went with this system and if you ever have an uneven load you can put more air to one side to level the truck.

Also, when you are adding air to the bags, how positive are you that the exact same amount of air is going to each bag? It could be possible that one bag gets more than the other, just a thought.

Hope this helps

that is exactly what i was thinking lol i would like to run one switch but how can you be positive that both bags are running the same psi. tough decisions.

My airlift controller equalizes pressure to each side according to what it needs. It adjusts on the fly and everything.

what system are you using?? i am leaning towards a system with a tank so i can also have onboard air if i need it.

Airlift wireless controller plus Firestone ride rites. On board compressor with no need to have an air tank. The on board compressors aren't a good candidate for a tank setup, IMO. Not rated for that much duty.
