Default Firestone ride right and gooseneck/fifthwheel

i tried a search and no luck. Is anyone running fire stone air bags and a gooseneck or fifth wheel on a 2009-2014 f150? I have a set of rails and a generic install kit that was given to me with a fifth wheel and a gooseneck attachement. Basically you mount the rails and either weld or bolt some l brackets to the frame. It appears this would be my best option because all of the brackets I've seen you can either have air ride or a gooseneck/fith wheel set up and can't have both unless you do some serious modification to the brackets. I will probably never use the firth wheel but I have needed the gooseneck. I can't be the only one that has done this. I saw a thread on the 2015 f-150s but there frame is different.

What truck configuration do you have? As far a I knew the 5.5' bed is useless with a fifth wheel, any extreme angles and you run the risk of blowing out the rear window.

Didn't have my airbags inflated in this pick but fifth wheel is definitely doable. This one is designed for 5.5 bed without a special hitch. If your running a normal 5er, you will need a side winder and possibly a slider hitch. One not if your installing air bags you have to have the 4 bracket mounts underneath to allow for the airbags. The long mounts block them

You may need an extension to protect the cab during hard turns.

Here is a example for a gooseneck set up.

Also good choice going with air bags.

I have the bags and a b&w hitch. Had to bag the b&w brackets made for use with the air bags.

5738 and 5739

Bought them from a place called SD truck springs. About $35 each.

If I had known I was gonna add the bags I would've ordered the appropriate hitch that includes the brackets to accommodate them.
