Default Fire extinguisher

I am having trouble finding a place to put a small fire extinguisher. I could easily put it in the cubby hole under the rear driver's side seat, but I want it to be easily/quickly accessible.

Does anybody else keep one in their truck? If so, where? Thanks in advance.

I don't but why not in one of the cupholders on the back doors.

Builtright will very soon have storage panels for the 09-14 trucks. I would put it in the bed strapped to the bedside.

I always carry 2 - 5# extinguishers. One in the bed next to the kitchen and one right where you said you didn't want to put one. Why not? It's a perfect fit. I also keep a rag and a pair of gloves in there. I also applied a "Fire Extinguisher Inside" decal to the driver side rear window glass; same with my truck cap rear window.

I've been considering the same thing. I am leaning towards a seat back organizer. I want to put a maglight, extinguisher, gloves and a few other things in it. I was looking at the molle setups but only found them in full seat covers and I'm not giving up my heated seats lol.

Not my style but seems pretty functional.

Why not just screw the bracket to the underseat cubby cover?

Somebody on Amazon also sells a seat rail bracket adapter. F-150 & Raptor Fire Extinguisher Bracket / Mount

Because if you fold the seats up it will be in the way of loading stuff. The bracket is interesting... but a cheap plastic band with it? hmmm. I just wonder how "in the way" it gets for your feet if you move them around on a long trip (?)

@Angus: I mounted a 4 Cell Maglight vertically on the B pillar next to the driver's seat.

I would be worried about it becoming a projectile in an accident.

The one that trailbreak posted is also not my style. I feel it would get in the way. I would be annoyed and I'm sure my passenger would complain (wife).
