Just picked up my first F150 yesterday, I am loving it. I traded in a 94 GMC with 269,500 miles for a 2010 fx4 with 59k. Needless to say it is quite an upgrade.

Looks new! Congrats!

Easy to get accustomed to the F150.

See if this helps:

Note: you will need to have two programmed passive anti-theft keys for this procedure.
To display the factory set code in the information display:
1.Insert a key into the ignition and turn the ignition on for a few seconds.
2.Turn the ignition off and remove the key.
3.insert the second key into the ignition and turn the ignition on.
The factory set code will display for a few seconds.
Note: The code may not display until after any other warning messages first appear.

I am looking at adding vent visors of some type, I like the idea of not having to attach them to the body but some people said they have problems with the in channel ones, any recommendations? also, do the ones for the rear doors go in channel too?
Thanks

I had AVS in channel on my 2010 and now on my 2013. Looks great. In channels on the 2013 were a bit of a pain. The windows have the autosensing, so my windows had to relearn with the visors installed. With my 2010, there was no issue cuz that year didn't have that option. So your truck should be fine with the inchannels
