Default fiberwerx oem style raptor conversion

Has anybody installed this glass kit yet? Just wondering what the fitment is like and if it will bolt right up or if it took a lot of work. Looks legit on their website! http://fiberwerx.com/listing/04-13-f...le-conversion/

Looks like a pretty decent kit. However it doesn't specify if it actually accommodates for larger tires? That would be the only way I would consider going to fenders like that if I could put larger tires on with out lifting even more.

I helped a buddy install one on his truck. It required a fair amount of trimming to fit, but that's 'normal' with aftermarket body pieces. Especially fiberglass pieces.
It also vibrates noticeably(hood primarily), but he didn't notice it until I said something.
As I said, to me it's pretty noticeable, but to him it's not. Since he's the one that drives around with it, his opinion is the only one that matters.
I wanna say he also got some new bed-sides from them as well, but I was out of the country at the time, so I wasn't around for the install.

Can you use the fenders without the hood?

Default Fiberwerx fenders with out hood

They have a set of fenders that do work with the stock f 150 hood as well as the raptor oem stuff.

That's a lot of money for just looks. I imagine it would look terrible in a few years, just like all those Civic's from when F&F was all the rage.

I've never seen a Fiber kit look good. You'd be better off spending your money on a set of flare's or find OEM panels.

Default Raptor conversion

Well it just do happens that after a late night wash and wax at my favorite car wash I backed out and smashed in the drivers side front fender and trashed my power fold in mirror as well. So I know that it did at least $1500 in damages so I might give the $1300 fiberglass kit a try.
