I think you are a bit confused on things.I will say this AGAIN , I was asking for information on what is normal since you obviously said the temps where wrong, and NOT trying to protect them. I just wanted information and I figured who better to ask then those who know( or supposedly do). If you know so much about brakes, then why couldn't you answer my questions earlier? It would seam that if you are the end all be all of brake knowledge then you would have been able to answer what the trailer brakes temps should have been and you would have known that not all TBC are the same. Apparently, you do not know as much as you think about brakes. If so, my request for information would have been an easy one for you.

You gotta love Top Gear and their British humor. That show is hilariously entertaining. Sure their testing is not a real, but it's fun to watch. I am starting to get into the American one, but it is not the same. Although I do think it is a good thing that the American Top Gear is the way that it is so it can relate to the younger crowd that would probably not even be into cars if it were any different.

Guess I did miss it. My apologies. I use a smart phone app to access this forum and cannot see post numbers. Be a dear and copy and paste it for me please.
I've answered your question 8 or more times, even capitalized it for you a few times, you can't have missed it. Which brings us back to the comprehension ability thing again unfortunately.

So let me get this straight.
Not only did I answer your question almost a 100 posts back that you say I didn't answer .
I showed that this statement
was incorrect since he never said that he did not set the trailer brakes just that he guesses that he did not have enough gain on the Eco run.
I proved that this statement.....
is not totally correct since 90F-200F electric trailer brake temps is normal.
I also proved that this statement....
is not quite correct since it is not abnormal to have totally different temps on trailer brakes with different trailer brake controllers.
....and you say I am the one with the comprehension problem.
Again, and for the final time(I hope). I was not defending them. I wanted information on what was correct since everyone said they did it wrong. Since your word on saying that A) the trailer brakes should not be the temps that they were and B) all the brakes should have been the same temps if using the same trailer with different TBCs was obviously not totally correct. I wanted actual data from people instead of "Well it's just wrong because I say so". All I was asking for was a safe range between x and y temp, and you saying "There is no exact number because driving style, weight and terrain and other factors come into play" was comprehended as "I DON"T KNOW" to me. Was I wrong in that comprehension?
