Question Falken AT3W Measurement Help

I know a lot of guys on here are running AT3W tires and I'm trying to decide what size to order my next set of tires in and as Falken doesn't list the tread width for different sizes I'm looking for a little help. My 275/60R20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires measure 8-7/8" across the widest part of the tread when measuring from the corners of the tread blocks. The tread width of a given size can vary a lot from one tire model or manufacturer to the next and I want to make sure that my next set of tires have a wider tread than what currently I have.

I'm looking for tread width measurements of the Falken AT3W in a 275/60R20, a LT285/60R20, and a LT295/60R20, if anyone can quickly measure their tires for me it would be greatly appreciated.

If you Google "Tire size calculator" you will find a wed site where you can input different tire sizes and it will tell you the exact dimensions and more.

Also if you go from a 275/60/20 to a 285 or 295/60/20 you tire is getting wider and taller.

The problem is tread width doesn't always directly correspond to tire size, only section width and overall diameter do. For example a LT285/60R20 BFG K02 has 10.1" wide tread, but a Michelin Defender LTX M/S in the same LT285/60R20 size has a 9.1" wide tread, that's a huge difference for two tires that are "the same size".

As far as tire height I'm ok with anything ranging from 33-34.5", I just want to make sure I don't wind up with a really narrow tread width in whatever size I pick.

Does anyone have a 275/60R20, a LT285/60R20, or a LT295/60R20 Falken AT3W they could measure?

Unfortunately it doesn't, Falken only lists the overall section width of their tires and not the tread width which can vary greatly in a given size from one tire design to the next.
