Just an FYI. I tried downloading the presentation from the link provided and got numerous virus and Trojans attacks. Might want to try a different host . Thanks to 02reaper for emailing the file and everyone that participated in getting the info/numbers needed changing to get this done. My key pad is installed and working !! Thanks everyone !!

Where about? Twin Cities, Rochester, Duluth, Worthington, Fergus Falls? Or are you open to driving anywhere in the state?

I'm in Rochester. But cities or anywhere would be fine if someone knows a tech that would do it.

Metropolitan Ford in Eden Prairie will do it. They tried it for me, back when I was reading the code wrong (see a previous post).

Just off 494/52 is Inver Grove Ford. Skip them. The service advisor there slammed my door into a metal filing cabinet, and just pretended like it didn't happen. Long story short, they're a bunch of clowns.

These service guys are funny. I called Andy Mohr Ford where I bought my truck and talked to service guy. I asked him about programming the keypad and he said good question. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere after he said that. He put me on hold came back and said no way it can be done. I didn't question him at all and said ok. Called the other dealer close by and he said yep very good possibility he can. Will cost $50 to get into the security of the truck is what he said. I ordered new handles to match paint on the truck and drivers comes with keypad. Since I have it now I guess I'll try it out. Not why I ordered the keypad but worth a try. I've got the P/N off the label on fuse box and a GEM line that might need changed. Btw truck is a 2010.

i hope so! I haven't read enough on it I guess. I have my digit P/N number. I'll definitely try before going to the dealer. If anyone knows for sure they'd be great info.

Default 2010 f150 keypad

I just got my '10 programmed today. You DO need to have the GEM programmed. The directions differ from the '11. My truck even came with the keycode card. Until the truck was reprogrammed, the keypad was dead. It only lit up when I opened the door. It would not light when buttons were pressed.

Take a look at this other thread that has specific '10 info.

ok great this is encouraging. I've printed off the power point that 02Reaper sent me. Much thanks to him for that. I'm on the motorcraft website now trying to get my build data. It says it can take a while so I'll see. I've got the key code off the fusebox and found a dealer to do this. Hopefully it works.
