Alex, that is seriously tempting. I know you said you have no more information, but can you possibly elaborate on one point mentioned previously? you said this was for a separate market segment, different than that looking for the 5100 based ones. Can you go into a bit more detail about the type of driver you are aiming for with the new BOSS design vs the current 5100 design?
With more travel, more weld, rebuildable, larger weld area I am hard pressed to see the reason for choosing the 5100 except for maybe price? direction would be welcomed to those that are in the market and are wanting to know about holding out for a bit

First Thanks Guys for the support that this forum has given our company, Cheers to you guys! Beers on me if and when we meet!
I really can't elaborate much more, as I don't know much more. I do know that it will be at least 60 days of road testing before we would bring the Boss to market. I cannot say it loud enough, this is not a replacement of our Adjustable Bilstein Coilover. The Adjustable Bilstein Coilover is a fabulous system for 90% of the drivers, hunters, fishermen, campers, trail riders...guys that want bigger tires and a nice ride. The Bilstein will always be our "Go To" set up. Why because it covers what the greatest majority are looking for. But, when Bilstein is "back ordered" guess what happens to F150Lifts??? You got it, we are back ordered too. We needed a way to better control supply, better serve our customers......whom are finding the "great" Bilstein is on back order. This way we have a close option to offer our customers. The Boss will cost more, how much more, I honestly don't know. The Boss is probably going to ride slightly firmer, I honestly don't know as they have not been tested on a truck yet. We will do our install (fingers crossed) in the morning and begin documentation. I hope to have pics. Silver coil springs will be standard on the Boss as well, but it will carry Anodized black top and lower mounts. We did up the Test set of Boss Coilovers in Killer Red, just to show that look. Will color be an option with the Boss, like the F1B Series? Probably, I would say Yes.
As this is all the info that I can possibly know, explain, post at this time...let's take anymore questions (that I can't answer) to my direct email as to not derail this thread. Thanks Guys!
