I love the country, but this is why I might not move there

Wow that really wasn't too bad. Looked worse when the tree was still on there.

Well, finally got my truck back, but I must say I am disappointed in the "quality" of the repair. The passenger fender to hood body line gap is wider them the driver side, passenger headlight is still pushing down into the painted panel above the bumper. They did replace fender/hood/radiator support, but I believe the passenger fender upper rail support was tweaked. That would explain why the headlight is not positioned correctly, even though it is mounted securely. I am more than likely going to take it back and see if they will work with me on fixing the issue. I am not trying to be picky, but I expect it to be repaired correctly, not just the cosmetic panels replaced.

Just wait until it's -40 degrees and it's windy.

Did this happen here in Alaska? Environment kind of looks like it; no "real" trees, only smaller pecker poles. We have had a ridiculous amount of unusual wind this past summer. This reminds me that I have several trees that need to come down on the property before they fall into the roadway.

As for the repair, take it back and have them make it right. I won't ask you to publicly name the company that did the repair, but of the places in the Fairbanks area, they will most likely make it right if you are not happy.

Yes, it happened here in Alaska. I'm in North Pole. As for the repair, talked to the collision shop today, and will be dropping it off on Friday to get it taken care of, hopefully ?
