F150 garage door opener
I have a 2013 f150 with the 3 car garage door opener.. not the home link one but just the one with the 3 black buttons on a oval black plastic. My garage door motors don't have a sync button so I'm wondering if I can my garage door opener remote to get my truck to sync?

I'm not following your posts. If your garage remote has DIP switches in it, then it's very unlikely you'll get it to work with the truck's controls.
If you follow the instructions in your manual (also available online at owner.ford.com), you may be able to get a remote (non-dip-switch) to send the control to the truck and work.
If that doesn't work, you should contact the manufacturer of the garage door opener and tell them which unit you have in the truck, and they may be able to tell you how to do it (or visit their website). Likely Car-2U if it doesn't have the Homelink symbol on it.
Edit - a simple Google search yielded your answer - http://overheaddoor.custhelp.com/app.../1356/kw/pmx85
