F150 carpet replacement is it glue?
I would like to replace my carpet in my 2010 F150 XLT extended cab. I don't know if the OEM carpet is the molded style or not, or how to tell. And I don't know if the current OEM carpet is glued down. Anyone know anything about this before I try and take it out? I'd appreciate it. Thx!

When I took the carpet out of my 2008 it wasn't glued and it was molded. I'm about to take the carpet out of my 2012 and I don't see how it would be any different. If you're replacing your carpet because it looks impossible to clean, a power washer can bring almost any carpet back to life.

In reply to all, yup it's dirty, & the guy b4 me smoked, & there's a rip, so I'd like it replaced. Good point about carpet though, my other truck 1998 F150 XL has rubber flooring instead. Now to find quality, affordable replacement. Let the constant internet searching for truck accessories & necessities continue.
