Double stick tape only on that one. Park it in the sun to heat it up, use some 40lb fishing line behind it and saw back and forth. It’ll come right off. Then use your favorite adhesive remover to clean the tape residue off.

Thanks everyone. I got a rubber wheel to remove adhesive so it shouldn’t be too difficult to get that 3M tape off.
