Default First Vehicle Problem (Driveshaft?)

I've only had the EB for a little under two months and i have my first issue with it, hopefully its nothing major. Everytime the rear end flexes, (turn onto higher ground, half of the vehicle hits a speed bump and the other half doesn't) I hear a popping sound as if a strut is worn out. I talked to the service advisor and he said that there is a small issue with the driveshaft. All that has to be done is lube it and that should do it. I've never taken a vehicle for service to these guys. This is the first time in which I purchase a vehicle from this said dealership. Has anybody had any similar issues with noises in the rear of the vehicle? (2011 SCREW XLT EcoBoost)

If its a 4x4 with two piece driveshaft then lubing the splines may stop the binding.

Doesn't have to be a 4x4. My 2010 SCrew 4x2 has a 2 piece driveshaft and I had the "clunk". Also felt a slip on takeoff and a feeling similar to binding on the rear brakes, like a caliper was hanging up. Dealer greased and clamped the splines and it's been fine ever since.

Thanks for your help. According to the advisor, the problem was in the leaf springs. Apparently there's a TSB on them. Two brand new leaf springs were ordered. I get my truck back on the 19th.
