That's odd because I know my 13 didn't. Could there be two different windows circulating?

The "Large Tab"? Isn't that the cover for the contacts?

Is this issue just with the sliding rear windows?

Had the dealer look at the rear defrost in my 2012 XLT because it doesn't work. Warranty covers it but now I'm wondering if fixing it is such a good idea. Maybe I should leave it broke so it doesn't break my window.

We may never know if this has ever happened to the solid rear windows with defrost. I and others have already asked this quetion a few times in this thread and nobody ever answers.
I don't know if that means that it hasn't happened to a solid rear window w/ defrost, or if nobody knows, or nobody cares because they don't have one?
